the schach sal redoinde in the hand(is) of the
said marchand(is) Attour syn it is doutabile to the marchand(is)
quhat last(is) the schipe wil ber(e) thai sal chousyng ij schipme(n) & ij
marchand(is) at the ordinance of the Ald(er)ma(n) & the consaile to
pas(s) to the schipe & thai to depone be the aches of thar(e)
bodyis quhat the schipe may ber(e) And this beande done~
the marchand(is) sal ansuer(e) for the iij quertar(is) All
pled(is) & caus(s) at the marchand(is) may haue to the said maist(er)
to be sessit & no^t herde quhil the maist(er) be fullely content
& payit of thar(e) frach~ And al gud(is) at is cu(m)myn~ be the
said marcha(n)d(is) in the schipe vpon~ the iij quart(er)is
sal pay tone~ Tone±lik & barrale barrale±lik And gif the
iij quart(er)is be no^t fulfillit amang thai(m) al thai sal
